It is a great piece for a collector but not intended for use. It's extremely rare. Makeup collectible. This raises by a clothespin-type pinch together at the end and raising the metal lever as seen. Extremely unusual.
I doubt was ever used but has been closed wrongly, so there is a little mark on the product. Please see pictures for condition.
